Favorite Gear Sorting

It would be really useful (especially with vanities) if favoriting gear works in a similar fashion to how favoriting friends works. In other words, have our favorited gear be displayed at the top of the list and, if possible, have a filter option to display only favorited gear.

Added to the list of things to do. I've got a filtering change I'm working on, so maybe I can sneak this in as well.
