+ Hawken's Talon proc now provides significantly less health, damage and armor in PvP.
+ Booting in PvP is now only allowed in passworded games.

You can still boot in passworded games.

You also can now get teamed if you are a problem causing player, and can't merg to boot the entire lobby to make everyone log off. Worst comes worst booting can stay in honor, But I think most players are happy about this change. The only ones that are now effected are the toxic players who aim to ruin the experience of PvP.

Toxic players in PvP won't last, Yes I know. The only people that are actually being affected by this are the toxic players who aren't skilled enough to play the game it was intended for so they mass host at the end of games to merg and boot. And or pick and choose who they PvP against, This was a great change for the game.
As for the honor comment, Cinco if this becomes a persistent issue I've thought maybe change the way honor works.
Make it so 100 honor has its own map (same map as now) just you can't use elite in it.
And the same thing for 105 (same map as now) just only can join in elite 105.

Best pvp Update by far ! Now game can be fair :) I don’t see why removing booting in public games is going to hender anything @Jeezy and all of BFB y’all like to run 3v2 or 3v1 all the time so come take the Ls respectfully :)

I did test this for you, Seems it procs for 50 dodge, 100 armor and 500hp. The dodge however doesn't feel like 50+ and the other added 2 stats definitely don't feel like they can be abused. I'm not sure what exact changes you made, But this is what I found. Fighting with the talon vs 110 sets is now useless as it should be, Swapping to the 110 also doesn't seem greatly viable now. All in all definitely a good change.
