Mt. Fang Armor is still being given away?

I know you guys are EXTREMELY busy with the new content and all, but you seemed to miss the fact of taking away the Fallen Prince's ability to give away Mt. Fang armors.

People are just leveling to L66, talking to prince, and walking off with a free vanity.

Would be appreciated if you could fix this ASAP!

You don't know how hard it is to be calm about it, lol. Hoping that they'll fix it and remove the vanities from the respective users.

On that note, if they do that, please don't remove mine! I tested with my bird, Apollo, to confirm it, which might show up in logs. I already had the vanity and had to liquidate mine then ask prince again for another to get it back.

They'll probably do what they did at the 61 cap when something similar happened, just scale back those who did it and remove the respective vanities.

EDIT: Also, I realize that the thread wasn't probably the best approach, but this thread was incase the developers didn't read their PM's. The word is spreading faster than wildfire in game, so it wouldn't matter if a thread was created or not.

@Pebbles, If they did this on purpose, I would never grind to elite cap again, just merely wait until the next campaign to get my vanity, but I doubt they would treat their customers like that.

I hope they remove any bonus from those taking advantage now. Not that i begrudge anyone getting items, but a lot of people spent lots of time and platinum getting the Elite Vanity at 100k experience and it's a bit insulting at this point and counter to ST business model to encourage hard core gamers to spend platinum to get something special.

The worst was when everyone took advantage from using the 4x elixer and bugging it (people thought it was hacking) and you could lvl to 66 in 5 minutes.

They are upset because it is unfair. Dedicated players spending both their time and money to earn this armor and then these players who did not work hard for it earned it by gaining 3k xp. Surely you see a problem with this?

Whirl, here's a difference for you, bout 97500 xp. Making a new helm that you actually have to run MORE xp for is not a comparable argument for what is going on with the Mount Fang armor. and people that just gain 3k xp get there own mount fang armor how is that fair

I just think sts should find a way to handle it well. Let the players know they are in control but at the same time not drive the players off with something like a ban or reroll. In other words just remove the armor or just prevent the fallen prince from giving away any more armors.

The Fallen Prince will be removed in a patch later today. Those who obtained the Mt. Fang Vanity Armor after the Humania update will have it removed.
