Crash in maps

I already uninstall and installed my AL app, clear cache, clear, storage, updated the app then still my game crashes when I go to PVE maps. Please help me, even now can't play the new event.

If you can get a crash log, pm it to me. The crash that other people were seeing was addressed with an app update (and the crashing version is no longer usable).

I don't see any crash logs in google play that match your device (if it's the V2038).
