Lv81 Mythic Bow Proc Bug?

idk if me only experiencing this but sometimes when my mythic bow proc to boss like boogie sometimes when i charge it..it doesn't have sea blast even it has a blue mark on boogie.. idk if I'm the only one notice and experience it or do u guys experience it too? is it a bug? tysm for answering
