The campaigns that have some maps that have respawning enemies/endless mobs, meaning you can never completely clear, will prevent your campaign from being completed.
Right now, the following that cannot be achieved are:
A notice: I already re-did all the maps, even the boss brawls/extra stages for these campaigns, and they CANNOT be completed.
Croc Feud- Because of Still Farms
Wyldwood- Because of Wyldwood
Swamps- I don't know why...
Sewers- Some people say it doesn't complete, I have not tried this yet.
