Hello! I don't know if there's existing thread about this....

The new feature about lock hotbar it's so usefull thank you allot for this! But need improve something... When we log game the hotbar start closed with locked, we can't open it till go options - hotbar.

This should keep open in every moment.

It would have been easier if the option to activate and deactivate was in the menu as well as the emotes, they are a lot of show to be deactivating and activating in settings

OP's original issue (hotbar not open when returning to the game if locked open) has been fixed if you patch.
