Good Idea to reduce lag

Firstly, when people attack an NPC, it shows up the damage in every detail, to help reduce lag, just round up the damage to about hit each or more so every second you hit on an enemy it rounds the damage up, example, 3 people dealt 80 damage it would just round it up to 240 instead.
