I added it all up in a calculator and I think I'm wrong but I got 188,166 EXP from level 1-71 !!!! Wow!
Now add them all up :) I will, I tried on my ipod, but whenever I got to a number I would just flippin' mess up! I'll add that in tomorrow! Besides that hows it look?:)

No he's saying with xcel the only way that number could be wrong is IF your numbers are wrong, xcel can't mess up with the computations (ex. someone hitting - instead of + on a calculator)

Level 56 Cap was based off of previous EXP needed, I believe.
Meaning, that 83k EXP was the exact EXP needed to go from level 1 to 55, and then to get the elite cap, you would have to redo the whole EXP again.

Well I dunno, I always thought it was the EXP from 1 to 55.

Correct.
And it became apparent that they'd eventually have to redo the curve for each cap, simply because if they continued the curve they had for the L56 cap indefinitely, the xp required for elite L100-101 would've ended up in the 2.1 Million xp range. lol
After L61 was ~100k, it was a very good decision on their part to just make the caps 100k even.

The xp needed to get to 56 from 55 was the xp needed to get to 55 from 54 times 10. It was something in the high 7000's
The total I calculated using a calculator is 190,064 from 1-71.

yes, but before nuri cap, the xp needed to get to a higher level was more (or doubled, idk)
all i know that at 50 and 56 cap the xp needed like from 1-55 was super high.. you needed 7k xp to get 54-55.
so then at nuris cap they lowered the xp needed to level up.
i remember level 49-50 was 4600 (something like that) so basically if you want the real xp from going 1-55, either double the xp needed from 1-55 at 56 cap, then add the 83,840 xp.

71-75 : around 40k xp plus 100k xp = ~140k xp from 71-76

Yea it took hours to get to just 70 without elix now Even more hours to get to 71
