This a severe problem even worse than the BooGee! Broken glass on the beach could very well hurt the citizens of the town while they are enjoying their water-related activities (swimming, snorkling, extreme underwater bull riding parachuting thumbwrestling knitting time power hour, what have you.)

Funny thing is, we have the same issue with tourists and military trashing our beaches here in Hawaiʻi.
