After the patch the audio was fine. Then after the mini-patch the audio died and it hasn't been back since.
Sound option is checked. Music option is checked.
Any ideas on what might be wrong and how to fix it?

Same issue but it is random and intermittent and I have experienced it for a few weeks now on droidx platform. Taking out battery and restarting phone usually fixes it for some time. It isn't all sounds, the first to not be heard are avian screams, I can usually hear item selecting or music in town. When in game play dagger slashing sound is sometimes heard but avian screams are not. I also cannot heard being hit. I can't hear any skills cast from party members around me or my own. Like I said, restarting my phone fixes it usually. Idk if having my ringer on vibrate affects anything, but my media volume increased does not fix it.
