Tho .. Here's my guess,
1. You saw someone wearing a COP
2. You wanted one so you asked they said level 56 cap and now your asking where it is?

If so, COP, Crown of Persistence, is an Elite vanity cap item and was only granted to players who have grinded to level 56 during the cap:)

You might be right, but COP wasn't free. It had to be bought for 5 plat.

Says get to 56 for free because. before you had to pay for each campaign except of Forest haven and dark forest and now it's all free

You can't get the gratitude items anymore but you can level all the way to 71 for free. :)
