Hey guys pronope here... I was just wondering about the 4th of July update! Will there be new vanities and cool firework staffs or firework vanity hats like there are every year? Did this happen last year as well? If you were here last year during 4th of July what was there? :-)

I don't believe that we have any large plans for the 4th of July holiday. While we love all of our USA players (being here ourselves) we do have a global playerbase. I'll follow up next week to see again what might be in the hopper.

As Sam said, it's only a USA holiday, so it wouldn't mean much/might be offensive to other players around the world.

Memorial Day is a United States federal holiday. It was enacted to honor American casualties of any war or military action.

I have no use for that. I'm a L10 in community guild. Just helping all day lol! I wanted to see some new vanities in humania update but was disappointed when i didn't see any! It's ok if there isn't any but there hasn't been new vanities in a while...

Yea I know I'm American, but was making the point that the game celebrated memorial day and may not celebrate the fourth even though both are American national holidays

4th of July is technically the american independance day. Wouldnt it be somewhat offensive if they made a US independance day and not one for every other country?

Imo no, this game is based in and created in the USA. Isn't memorial day.an American holiday? I don't see sts making special holiday items for other nation's holidays. And how could a fourth of July event be offensive to another country?

Who says an event has to be for something celebrated worldwide? I highly doubt anybody would be offended, and you know why? Because it would be a PL event. Who wouldn't want to get some cool special edition items, regardless of what the actual subject matter is.
Besides, like I said....statue of liberty outfit + torch for set bonus is friiiiccckkkkin eeeeepppiiicccc
