Vanity loadouts to include badges and titles.

Since badges and titles are also cosmetics, I thought of including them as part of vanity loadouts as well and will change along with your vanities at a press of a button.

I like the idea. It shouldn't take up any inventory space, it's just extra data that we save with the loadout information.
