Ads and Plat Offers

Hi guys especially dev.. can you pls explain why I don't have now ads elix and plat offers on my main?.. i never get ban and when i log in idk why it says you're not eligible in third party offer something like that.. and again i never get ban on my main.. thank you for answering my question :)
