Cant complete Resurgence of th Guard Quest

I get the white question mark but it doesn't turn yellow to complete the quest. So far I've tried logging out and solo party. What happened to the button that allowed us to delete quests?

Looks like it isn't ready for completion, assuming I found the correct character. You could have been too far away to get credit. Just kill it again.

If I'm not mistaken, in that quest you must kill a boss, which looks like the second boss (the 3 guards), it is called the same, but the middle crystal is double the size, it gives more points and the 3 guards, all attack the same time.
