deleted my character

i accidentally deleted my character because i was supposed to delete my crap one but ended up deleting my level 45 archer character, instead. i emailed 'support@spacetimestudios.com' saying i accidentally deleted my character. will they restore it for me?
do i need to give any additional information like my password and what level i was? also, how long do i have to wait to get a reply?

They should restore it in 1-2 hours after it was brought to their attention. You will have everything the same except you will lose your friends list. No, the devs won't ever ask for your account information, they can find it out if it is totally necessary. All they need is the IGN of the deleted character.

You should probably give them your account email if you didn't send the email from that account, but I would guess that Mystical is right that they could do it with just the character name.
