i am playing from Australia and i find it very bad these days.. My ping spikes and i cant play PVP smoothly.. it stops intermittently

WIFI is usually preferable to 3G or 4G

play on chrome and IOS on aDSL2+ and 3G and it seems to have gotten worse in the past few weeks

Same here... Sometimes I see it going 1000 then nothing then 300 again

Amen to that, the issue has been brought up countless times (well not countless countless) and STS never bothered to address the issue, i wish they'd give us anything on the matter.

At least twice a day the game will just freeze entirely and I can't do anything.
