Anyone feel like their movement speed is bugged?

I feel like I'm moving fast, and I'm not on any type of elixir at all.
Yet my mage moves really fast and I've noticed others move this fast as well.
Did all players get their base movement speed raised?

When I turn on battery save it seems like everything is much faster because there's less frames, but maybe this is true.

Idk does speed count as teleportation xD
I seem to lag a lot and people tell me I teleport.in pvp lolz

It's lag creating illusion...I've had moments when I was even outrunning someone with elixir...the lag is terrible since update...I hope it improves as things settle down in coming days.

Interestingly enough i feel the opposite though. I was wondering if sts decreased the unbuffed speed slightly
