cant fight draugr

why cant i fight draugr with my twink , i remember being able to fight the egg with my lvl 1 , back when they gave us brood vanity set for reaching plat tier . whats going on spacetime?

+1 brood dragon zone should be scaled to lvl not based on endgame ! Make it like the event boss (Syrilax & other) they were scaled to lvl and made us easy to kill but why not draug?

I think still not to late to change it we got 1.5-2 weeks more
