Credit cards & Plat

Im waiting on an answer back from support about this issue. They are behind due to the overly busy time of the year but I wanted to ask you all... Is anyone else having problems purchasing platinum with cards? I have bought plat with credit and gift cards for years but recently none work. I most definitely have money on them so thats not the problem. It just will not take them. Ive tried 3 different cards. Ive tried registering the cards also.The only way Ive been able to buy is putting it on my phone bill. Just curious.

You probably need to contact support for whatever payment provider it is, not spacetime support. None of that is on our end of things.

Did that. They said that STS is not supporting the cards. they are visa, mastercard, both regular bank and gift cards. I have used them for over 7 years and no problem. Then the last few months nothing. I spend quite alot each year on plat. maybe not as much as some but still would like to have this fixed.

Didnt mean to come across rude in my last response if it read that way. Like I said I did call the credit card companies and they told me that since the cards have money on them and the cards have been registered then the only other reason would be their not being accepted by the merchant. From what you posted I see thats not the case and that you are accepting those cards so im at a loss. I will try again at a later date and see if one of them will work. If you come up with anything I can try, let me know.

Try purchasing something cheap with your card, if that goes through, the problem is with STS

I have since used all the money on the cards for other online purchases and in store purchases. Maybe some kind of temporary glitch.

It's not STS that's involved here - it's either google play, apple, paypal, or amazon depending on what platform you're playing on. That's who you would need to contact.
