I suggest creation a turn on the Street leading to the Midnight Beach portal.
This will facilitate access to Midnight Beach and increase the number of those wishing to visit it.

I GIVE AN EXAMPLE: When the Christmas event come, to set up large decorated Christmas tree around Midnight Beach.
