Can it be that only lower tier bosses (boss 1-2) drop recipe for orb of ursume (applicable for future energy events as well) and higher tier bosses (boss 3-5) like syrillaz drop better loots like Lock Valley, Event Locks, Heroic speckle etc?
At least to me it doesn't make sense that tarlok drop lock Valley most of the time while syrillaz drops the recipe most often instead (which ironically the majority of people wouldn't need anymore when they are already meeting high tier bosses frequently)
