Zero, you don't need any elixir to level.
If you're asking as to how much it'd cost using plat elixirs, it'll vary since it depends mostly on how much exp you can squeeze out in an hour. One people could take a little over an hour while others may take three or four, it just depends on the variables.

If you go with the thrasher pot, figure on 2-3 hours (with some help). Just run Nuri, stage one till 58, then do crypt to 65. IDK how much faster Lagoon would be for the 63-65 push.
