Why i dont have anything in stash,while others have set like angel set even their lv below my level,or syster error? Thank you

Angel sets were granted to only Memebers who have spent 50 dollars or more or have reached level 66 before humania.
Low levels probably have it either because of 50 dollars or they have a main

U right i have all 5 lv66 before humania and 1 lv 65,and only 1 dont get angel set or vanity,t.y
