Can a lvl 63 character get lvl 66 pink drops in Humania?

I thought for sure the answer is "yes", but a buddy of mine says you cannot get pink drops higher than the level you are, so he thinks I am wasting my time if I farm Humania before I get to lvl 66. I did get lots of lvl 66 orange and green drops, but no pinks so far. Any thoughts?

Not true, you can get any pink or other stuff at no matter what level you are. :chuncky:

Yes, this sounds correct. When I was lvl 62 I was still getting 61 drops in Fang. Too bad I never got a pink one though.

IDK... Till 67.5 or 68.5 maybe?? I've gotten drops from the next set up while being one below. Maybe there is a certain percentage of the next level (67) where you'll still get the lower level drops (66).

I farmed 51s for 3 months as a 52 only 4 xp away from 53. If you are below the minimum (eg a 63 in humania as the thread title suggests) you will get the minimum (in this case 66). Otherwise you get drops at your level or one below.

Later campaigns are different then earlier ones. In Humania, it is 68 at level 69, which is to bad. ( I got a 68 at ~almost~ 70)

Just so everyone knows, all the posters are indeed correct. I've since gotten 3 Humanian pink drops and all were lvl 66 items. I'm now up to lvl 65, and I turned off my xp gain for now as I want to continue to farm for 66 items.

A friend of mine got a 66 pink the run before he turned 68. I was there when it happened. So as long as you're below 68, you'll be getting 66 items.

You will get 66s until you hit 68, so you can level up to 67 before turning off xp. But whatever you prefer.
