'bat set crazy' achievement bug?

I really don't know what to try out so I think its bugged and can't complete.

I equip bat pet, bat wings and then crafted Lilith staff or Wand set but wont complete achievement.
If someone knows how to complete it let me know, or if it is really bugged.
