Suggestion: Place quest text in the chat

This is simply to take text that is sent to the player as he/she proceeds through questing (999/1024 tomes) and also place it in the general chat. This simply lets users around you know that you are working on a quest.

Interesting but wouldnt it get a little spammy if you have a couple of players doing those chest quests?
