Not 100% sure if this is a bug but this is what it feels like.
It feels like the enemy dodges the attack, it's such an important attack too.
And it feels like even though it says charged, a charged attack isn't launched.
Maybe it's just my connection.
Thought the range does seem short and impact radius small.
I made post about that.
