Something very important! Only VIPs and Star guards can walk on them and others can drop by but only to say hi ;-)

its just showing that the blackstar (ship) has more than one deck its not important

If someone leaves the base while standing on the bridge over there you'll see there body dropping down from that spot.

Looks like you have high quality switched off. Click it on and the rest of the floor shows up to match.

Hey hey when u find a secret path to this floor, u will find a treasure with the Lv36 Arbiter Helmet of ur class. :O
I tried myself but my phone died right before the Chest. :((

I heard if you switch your WiFi off and your mobile connection off while in blackstar you can then enter the floor downstairs,
That then leads to a character that gives you 500 platinum.

setting high qualikty off also removes those plants.

I can enter under there no problem, once you reach #1 in PvE there is no place you can't go!
