Imagine it, sand, sea, the scent of suntan lotion. Yes, it's all visualisation but better than an erupting volcano.
Oh and the sound effects, we need the sound effects of the waves breaking gently on the warm shore. Sea birds calling (not all the time though).
Blue sky, beach balls and ice cream. We could start wearing our swimwear again, maybe even dip our characters toes in the sea. Oh and beach towels and Sun loungers. A whole beach to ourselves. Think of how many people would buy this location. I would.. Kerching. 💲💲💲

House location "summit" (will grant 5%Elite Damage and 5%Boss Damage).
House location "playful beach" (will grant 5%Primary Stats).
I suggested these long ago, i guess the Underwater location could be an option to replace the "summit" location. The beach suggestion got ignored.
