Man oh man....I'm sure I shouldn't admit this but in my obsession to get that thing I used 200 blood packs, two 15 gold buffs and two 5 minute gold buffs....what can I say. I suck but man it was worth it.
Not sure it's that great but just knowing the obsession is over...hmmmm.....what's next.

I snagged one for 10k after trying to farm one for two hours :(
Farming the rest of the gems is a real downer because u only get 5xp :/
I'd probly be 26 by now If I didn't farm them >_<
