Pisces got nerfed ?

Hi, just want to know if the pisces got nerfed ? Because someone told me now, we can apply "dot" only ONE TIME on each enemy.

Just need to know. (I don't have them btw)

i think u used to be able to bend elndless times before - i also noticed now on most enemys u can only bend once now maybe it was always like that but it doesnt matter because the blue dot cloud i think spawns only once anyways doesnt matter how often u bend

i see i think proc range is reduce or they reduce the number of mobs affected by bends (armor reduce). Hope this only a bug not just like before.
