Open Evg faster and increase gl

Evg should open a little faster - when dm and evg is closed there is nothing to really play for many players
also a lot of people stopped playing evg because the gold drop was decreased a lot - so maybe increase the gold drop by a few percent again

I dont think they will increase gold drops there...but evg opening a bit faster would be nice..it opens too slow now

+1 to this but also elite maps there should be an actual challenge which will be nice that way for elite timed lb no more speedsters lmao
