-Consider dropping your recruiting level to 30.
-Stay on your mains more often and offer to run with new members. Id rather see 2-5 people on running together than 20+ sitting idle.
-IF your still rebuilding you gotta rebuild the core, and in any game that core has to be active. Might have to make adjustments.

I'm a nobody, truly, so take this as u will. When I joined or switched guilds during creation(w/e u wanna call it) we were constantly doing runs. Be it XP, helping or farming. This concept is what I want in a guild. Sure I can pug all day but then why be in a guild? I really don't like to use my game time standing around doing nothing. I'm just saying this is what I want out of a guild, I don't want to go anywhere so lets restore this soon.
