mastery of rogue's heal in pvp

I think it has to be adjusted. Atm it gives same amount of mana for different levels (because of pvp scale)

examples lvl 63 and lvl81 (mastery of heal is 10/10 on both toons):

same 94 mana at different levels, but manacost for skills is different, and 94 mana per pack at 81lvl is so low...
or just give rogue some passive mana regen in normal pvp (like it is in honor pvp)

+1 endgame 81 rogues have like 2100 mana with mythic set lmao
