Is it legal to use platinum offers on bluestacks? Also, does bluestacks have vpn so if I use, I'll be sure I won't be banned. Asking due to the reason that I'm playing on an Iphone and there are no offers available in my mobile device.

It's been stated that emulators arent allowed if u intend to do plat offers on them.

Would it still be bannable?I'm not sure but I know if you switch and do an offer you already did on your previous device can get you banned, I switched devices a few times but I stopped doing plat offers after I lost my first device incase I accidentally do one I already did
