if thats going to be your argument "why" then ask yourself why would anybody want any of the lower than 81 cap items ?

tbh you maybe right. i didnt think this game was based around people with 100 forum accs posting and thanking their own posts to get a guarantee update or patch .
an unexpected event is more exciting than a predictable one .
