I got a 49 armor the other day too... does that mean the next campaign is near?

Yup level 36-40 blue plate dropped in the swamps before AO1 came out, and level 41-45 blue plate dropped in AO1 before AO2 came out. They always add these items for the upcoming campaign, but usually they are garbage.
