Sts, don't you think its absurd to have to kill 20000+ mobs with the spirit weapons to level them once?
242173307,710 / 11 exp per mob is 27,973 mobs killed with the staff to level it once. 2 options I suggest, 1 make the exp required alot less. 2 make it where kills with any weapon levels the spirit weapon / armor as long as they are in your inventory.
They are irrelevant anyways

My suggest is spirit gear can farm XP on lower lvl map as the level up.
Example: lvl 1-35 map 71-81, lvl 41-46 map 66-81, lvl 46-51 map 56-81,...

Then 41 is sufficient and requires relatively low effort
Anything beyond is for those who seeks perfection, and having to work
a little to achieve perfection sounds alright for me

Proc rate should be the same. Spirit weapon leveling is just something to do. Do it in the zodiac to make it level quicker. The world is flat and jay z is definitely controlled by the Illuminati 😉

Meh just proc aquarius then switch to spirit staff....the buff will stay so U can kill mobs easily. Its not that difficult at all either on the spirit marsh or mogera.

Its not about leveling being difficult, its just an extremely long boring process.
It takes over 1million kills.

Boring process? Like running dm till my eyes bleed. All the same. Might as well level up a spirit weapon.

After being informed lv 41 spirit weapons proc at the same rate as higher level spirit weapons I no longer care about this thread. Ty for input guys, leveling 1-41 spirit weapons are balanced on leveling sort of but leveling it higher than 41 isn't balanced.

Why not add when new spirit gear comes out a receip to vendor for x amount of tokens you can buy a receip and with this you can insta finish 1 level up. Kinda like the pet lvl elixir.

i made concept videos for spirit weapons. tbh i realized that both videos were bad takes so i unlisted them.
if you invest time into leveling items they should be powerful. but if the items are not powerful then what is the point of leveling them.
if the pull to spirit weapons was 100% chance to proc it still wouldn't be powerful. it just doesnt match the time invested
compare it to farming gold and buying a lvl 81 mythic item. you was better off investing time into farming gold for the mythic items.
spirit items need to be reworked and although people will disagree with this it actually has to be done.
but people will justify their time spent leveling the spirit items. this is why they remain untouched.
realistically the spirit items should be just as powerful as the mythic items if not more.
but thats just my take .
in the end spirit items dont actually have a place in the game. its either they're the best or they're not. if theyre not then why level them.
