Is luck or reroll useful on Zavier event?

I don't know if I should get more luck and/or reroll or just a lot of movement speed.
Can someone explain how it works?

1-100 roll , 100 = arcane egg (1% drop rate)
Kills zavier = 66 = No arcane

With 100% luck (Chance of reroll to occur)
Kills zavier = 37
Rerolls again = 100 = Arcane

Also
If the 1st kill = 100
No re-roll

Basically gives you two kills instead of 1 at 100% luck
