Surveys should be a bit more specific. A thumbs up/down/neither is a bit too vague. Replacing the thumbs up and thumbs down with rating each section out of 5 stars and a “Didn’t Try” option would allow for providing more detailed feedback. Tier progression should also be included as an option to give feedback on.

Thanks for the feedback.
We've gone back and forth with just how much information to ask. With the simple in-game system, we get most of the information we're looking for from players that either don't have a forum account or don't want to post in the forums. Players that do want to leave more detailed feedback can do so in the detailed forum post that goes along with each survey.
