Recent power-outage in the USA - Hope everyone's fine!

I was told there were storms in the USA, which lead to power-outage. I really hope everyone is ok, Id hate to see members hurt :(

I wish there was a Storm in IL! It's way to dry the farmer's crop already got Tassles on them and there over 6ft High! The grass is dead and it's about 85-100 Every Day!!!!!

The storms were in the south-east, i wouldn't worry, people back home are used to power-outages. If you wanna worry about someone worry about the 1000's of families relocated due to the wildfires in the midwest.

Got a greatly needed storm last night in TN here. Hail, wind, heavy rain but no power outages.

Though last Friday some friends lost there power due to excessive heat /:(

A huge storm no i wish not just like a little because there in belvidere Illinois like idk how many years ago there was this huge torndado which i felt bad because its a small town.

Huge storm in Washing DC, Maryland and Virginia area on Friday night.

I live in the Maryland metro area and we still don't have power at our place. Earliest time will be the 4th but can take up to the 6th. Luckily for me, I already had a trip planned and left Sat. So I have been able to find some relaxation in a nice air conditioned hotel room. ;)

Too bad the wifi sucks and my ping goes crazy!!!! >:-/

Edit: We have an amazing community here with such loving and caring people.
A dear friend of mine, Kiwihawk, who lives in New Zealand heard about our storms here in the US and heard my state was affected. He was worried about me and asked as soon as he saw me if I was ok. People like him make our community great and keeps me logging on.

Where I am was hit hard by some storms. Lost power Friday and Sunday while we were under a fire ban. Luckily, now the fire ban is off and I still have power.
