Armour and dodge seem a bit low

Try squire gemstone sword, plunger armor, cleaner shield, and rooter helm. Worked pretty well on my old bear

Swords/axe with a shield are better than 2 hand weapon

I suggest you also focus on M/s and armor.

remember that bears are tank :D
