Regarding stash @devs

Can we please be allowed to stash as much gold as we want but only be able to pull out 999m since it’s the cap? I hate having multiple characters to hold gold why can’t I just have it all in my stash but only be able to pull out 999m or whatever amount would get me to the max

Example: I have 10b in stash and 400m on me I can only pull out 599.99m since that’ll make me be at 999m which is the gold cap thanks .

Being honest I am happy with the 999m cap. It purely sucked when we had a 99mil cap so we asked for about a year for a 999m cap. I don't think AL can do 9.9b cap since its a 32 bit game. Max number is 2.147billion.

Lots of games have this boundary I am not sure if they can change their game to a 64bit system but I know dungeon defenders 2 has this same 32bit issue.
Our unix time stamp is also 32bit meaning in 2038 December our devices will probably all crash if we don't set a 64bit unix time stamp in place before then. Once the 2.147b limit is exceeded it goes to negative 2.147bil. 64bit is like 9 quintillion, 18 zeros long.
That 19000+ days offline in AL is the unix time stamp's starting date of 1970.

With the launch at 10M, raise to 100M, and current cap at 1B, we did not expect for players to ever accumulate this much gold. I don't think the current cap will change.

I don’t think you understood what I was asking for.. I was asking for the cap to remain as 999m but we are able to stash as much gold as we want that way we don’t have to use multiple chars to hold gold and we can have all of our gold in stash instead of stash also having a cap

Would be nice but the 32 bit system still applies.

Since you're allowed to carry a large amount of items, maybe we allow you to trade 100m gold for a bound, stackable item (Gold Bar?) that you can convert back to actual gold when desired. Your 10B gold would then convert to 100x Gold Bars. However, I'm designing on the fly here.
