Doctor spawn

Can someone tell me where the doctor use to spawn?
the locations.he used to drop moontear and teal right? im returning and kinda I dont have much stuffs

He can spawn in disturbing the dead, unholy remains and demons in the woods.

[Evildantee]

You can also find him in "Willowbrook parish - the last warlock" mission but his spawn chances there is low compared to the other missions that playerzero mentioned . Hope this helps
