+ Flower chests in the Carnaval event zone now give you elixir kits instead of directly applying elixirs to your Legend.
+ Corrected description of Warrior's Parade of Power buff effects.
+ Fixed Elite Antee not counting toward Elite Dead City Boss Kills achievement.
+ Corrected double messages when looting Magna and Victus Fragments.

They open just fine. Try not being in combat when you attempt to use them.

Are the armor stat on carnaval legendary armor and helm intended to be that low? They're quite underwhelming even for hc characters.
