Sound effect for new pm

I was watching a show while playing AL & thought of this.

Seems like good idea because we wouldn’t need to be looking at screen to know when someone has pm us.

Sorry if this is already implemented lol.

Would be a good idea if you can turn it off manually but if you’re not able to what if people just spam you? Or something it’ll be annoying

I actually had this implemented, but then again, I don't get very many pms. I think it would be useful for new players and the vets can just turn it off it it's annoying.
