haste bug

Haste affects the attack speed of every of weapon dagger staff gun sword and shield
but it doesnt affect the bow
the mythic bow lv 81 is really weak but if u fixed this bug it would help the bow out a lot

This has been covered many times, and is not a bug. Haste only affects recharge time. Closing.
