Cooking event

This event requires people to make food/deserts as fast as they can.
Similar to arlor event with the fruit and vegetables but this time the ingredients to the recipe being set are on the same map as event.
1 ingredient allowed until you reach your cooking Station before another one can be placed/picked up in your inventory
